Delivery. 

What does "indiviual delivery" mean?

If you select the option "individual delivery" in the shopping caret, the ordered goods will be sent seperately and acoording to availability. In this case you will be charged the shipping costs per delivery. we reserve the right to combine deliveries with delivery dates close to each other. Alternatively, you can divide the order into 2 shopping baskets or select a a date for complete delivery. The availability of the individual items is indivated to you in the shopping cart. 

What does "complete delivery" mean? 

If you choose a complete delivery date, you will be charged with freight costs only once. A delivery date for complete delivery can only be selected if all items will be available on that date. 

When will my order arrive?

You can find the approximate delivery date on your order confirmation. The approximate delivery date is not binding for Werner Voß GmbH. You will receive a pro forma invoice prior to shipment. Once we received your payment we will proceed with delivery. 

Pallet shipments abroad usually take about a week.

Can I track my order? 

If you have any questions about tracking, please feel free to email us at info@vossms.de and we will be happy to provide you with information about the shipment status.

Can I pick up the ordered goods myself/organize the pickup myself?

If you plan to pick up the ordered goods yourself or would like to collect them with a self-organized shipping company, please contact us in advance by e-mail (info@vossms.de) or phone (+49 2533 9199-0) so that we can provide you with the necessary information and the pick-up location.
