How can I place an order?

You can place an order via telephone (+49 253391999-00), e-Mail (info@vossms.de), fax (+49 253391999-11) and in our webshop. We also take orders at our stand duing trade fairs.

Is there a minimum order value?

The minimum order value for first time customers from Germany is €500, for customers from other countries it is €1000. If you already are a customer, the minimum order value is €100, lowers are charged with an additional minimum quantity surcharge of €10 per order. In order to avoid transport damages of fragile items, we reserve the right not to dispatch small orders and small residues. We might also combine your order with open backorders.

Do you have a low value surcharge?

How do I add the remaining quantity of an item?

If there is no longer a whole packaging unit of an article available, you will be given a corresponding note in the shopping cart. In this case it is not possible to order the item via the regular shopping cart. Please use the comment field in the next step and tell us the corresponding article number. If possible, the remaining quantity of the article will then be added by us manually. You will then find the item on your order confirmation.

I forgot something. Can I still change my order?

Please contact our service team (+49 253391999-0). If you order has not yet been packed or send out, it might still be possible to make changes and add items.
